Garry Capelli - Managing Director
Garry is the author of a number of leadership and personal development programmes and first launched into the public arena over twenty five years ago with his highly respected Mastermind Techniques program, providing leading edge training for individuals and businesses enabling participants to increase the quality of their lives by improving the way they used their minds. Garry has taken an active role in residential and commercial property investment, property syndications and many highly successful business development projects. He has developed a solid portfolio of wealth creating investments and has a passion for helping others achieve the same.
Susan Abbott B. Bus (Acctg) CPA, FTIA - Finance Director Susan has worked in tax accounting and small business planning and advice for over twenty years, including six years with Horwath & Horwath (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and over thirteen years in her own Accountancy and Business Advisory service. Susan has also been involved in small business training and development for over thirteen years and has extensive experience and knowledge of business development, including the raising of capital and wealth planning.
Leanne Rogers - Senior Finance Manager
Previously Leanne worked for seven years in the knowledge management and business development industry covering all aspects of operations including marketing, financial management, campaign planning through to database management, logistics and office management. Leanne also has extensive experience in retail operations management with a number of leading Australian retailers. Leanne has developed specific operational systems and database management methods for small to medium businesses which are made available to Smart Money licensees to provide office management to world's best practice standards and ensure that all functions are documented and managed to facilitate maximum efficiency and profitability.
Mark Burgess CD Grad Dip Bus - Real Estate Manager
With 15 years experience in the real estate industry and having his own Real Estate Licence since 1996, Mark specialises in new house and land packages, existing residential property and vacant land sales. He has also been involved in large lot subdivisions and development projects from inception to completion.
Mark's educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Business (ECU), an Advanced Certificate of Business/Real Estate (TAFE), an Executive Certificate of Management (ECU), a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training (TAFE) and a Certificate IV in Financial Services. In addition to his real estate business he lectured on a part-time basis educating both new and existing real estate sales people at E Central TAFE from 1999 - 2005 with his core subjects including 'Ethics in Real Estate' and 'Real Estate Law' amongst others. He has also lectured on Occupational Health and Safety (Swan TAFE) and Business Law (Mission Aust).
Mark is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of W.A. and serves on the Public Enquiries panel.
Karen Petrovski - Finance Manager Commencing her banking career in 1983, Karen has been involved in a number of areas ranging from property settlements to information services. As a Lending Manager, Karen was responsible for high net worth clients. Average loan applications in this area were from $500,000 upwards. Karen has completed Certificate IV in Financial Services, is accredited with numerous banks, building societies and non-conforming lenders and has developed extensive knowledge of a wide variety of different loan types ranging from standard mortgages and lo doc loans through to complex full documentation home loans |
