Our Steps to Wealth

1. Join Smart Wealth Club

Join Smart Wealth Club and gain valuable free Wealth Education Knowledge and be the first to receive details of the latest wholesale properties.


2. Free Initial Meeting

We would like to get to know you, to understand how we can help you, and therefore like to have an initial meeting either in person or over the phone to discuss your current financial situation and wants.

Please contact us to arrange this free initial no obligation meeting which can last approximately 30 minutes.

3. Wealth Knowledge Training

Two follow-up meetings with your Smart Money consultant to go through the Wealth Education Training  (allow up to 2 hours per meeting).

By completing the training you will gain valuable information to assist you in making informed decisions about your financial future.
 
 During this time you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to enable us to understand your current financial situation and your wants.

4. Life Wealth Plan

We will provide a unique financial analysis of your own personal circumstances based on discussions with you and your completed  Smart Money Questionnaire , together with strategies to obtain your aspirations for wealth creation or acceleration in the form of your own Life Wealth Plan .

The Life Wealth Plan details a practical plan for the steps required to take you from your current situation into financial freedom including an additional comprehensive Inward Wealth section.

A summary version of your report, including your personal wealth projection graph, is yours to keep without cost or obligation.

If you do choose to become a Smart Money client our service fees are covered by the savings you'll make with your Smart Money Loan . The savings you make are net after fees and there are no extra charges or hidden costs.


5. Implement Report

Implement your Smart Money Report through:

Smart Finance - gain back the money being lost in hidden interest 

Smart Property Investments  - invest the savings to create real wealth.

6. Optional Monthly Reviews

Take stock of any changes in circumstances and review progress against the Life Wealth Plan to accelerate your wealth even further for Financial Independence .
